● the Platform as service (Platform as a service, PaaS) – granting of computing capacities and disk space of “a platform of resources” with the help of “a network cloud”. A fresh example of realisation of such approach – Google App Engine, means for the developers, allowing to create scaled web-appendices and to start them within the limits of infrastructure Google (together with this means the developer gets access to the systems of storage protected from failures in capacity of 500 mbyte, and also to a necessary pass-band and the processor resources providing possibility of five millions of viewings of web-page in month).
. ● the Infrastructure as service (Infrastructure as a service, IaaS) – granting of a virtual computer infrastructure as services. Instead of acquisition of servers, the software, resources TSOD, the network equipment and hiring of experts for operation of these systems the customer can get these resources as operated service as outsourcing and to provide access to them through “a network cloud”.
Such companies as Google and Amazon, already offer today services “cloud computing” (service Google App Engine and services Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud 2 – EC2 and Elastic Block Store – EBS). Behind these services there are data-processing centres (TSOD), providing creation of a necessary infrastructure and supporting key technologies virtualizatsii and sharing of resources (multi-tenancy) which do system “cloud computing” more effective and economic both for operators, and for users.
. ● Virtualizatsija gives the chance to give access to network resources as to virtual segments. It means that devices or their components (for example, storage systems) are given on demand, irrespective of the physical site and a way of physical connection to a network.
. ● the Principle multi-tenancy – the architectural principle supporting sharing of resources (the software, computing capacities and storage systems) and joint payment of these resources by the big groups of users.
