Standards, ON an intermediate level, possibility of interaction and tool means
Despite enormous interest to the concept “cloud computing” and connected with it fears concerning absence in this area of the standard standards and methods of maintenance of the guaranteed quality of service exist services, in branch. The interrogation of 244 IT Heads spent by analytical company IDC in 2008, has shown that the overwhelming majority (75 %) consider safety as the important problem for cloud computing. The second and third place among problems was occupied with productivity and the availability noted of 63 % of respondents.
Before the customer can pass without any fears to technology use cloud computing, it is necessary to define standards of safety, carrying over of appendices between “cloudy” platforms, agreements on a degree of service (SLA) and to solve some other questions. The listed standards will allow customers to use any combinations of appendices necessary for them, platforms and resources.
Here the basic areas of the concept cloud computing which require standardization:
