All works under this project can be divided into three phases: choice planning, choice preparation, choice realisation.

During the first phase detailed planning of all resources, formation of design group (on the basis of initiative group or under the direction of the initiator of the project), cast is carried out.

During the second phase the introduction and requirement purposes to are formed ON, criteria of comparison are developed, the class is defined ON.

And on last phase you define requirements to suppliers and study their possibilities, organise presentations ON, develop and carry out inquiries about the offer, carry out the analysis of the arrived offers.
